Of course, there have been several headlines regarding who supported Bayern Munich coach Thomas Tuchel and who did not, as well as who was relieved when it was announced that he would be leaving in the summer.
Alexander Pavlović’s reaction to Tuchel’s departure was predictable, regardless of the validity of the reasons. The coach, who was born in Bavaria, identified “Aleks” Pavlović as a player who would be disappointed if he left, and the Bavarian child did nothing to contradict his prediction.
Pavlović discussed the prospect of joining the German national squad with Buhl, as reported by @iMiaSanMia. After being barred from playing for Germany’s young teams for several years, he was finally promoted to the U-20s in November after beginning to play for Bayern Munich’s first team. There are suggestions that Pavlović could join the German national squad for the forthcoming March international games. Though he acknowledged that he “does not know anything about that yet,” he also indicated that he would like to be a part of the 2024 Euros.
“Of course.” That would be a dream for me. That would be extremely wonderful. It’s undoubtedly a significant extra drive [to succeed at Bayern].
It’s vital to note that Pavlović is also eligible to play for Serbia. If Germany does not decide to bring him along, he can still make the Euros by playing for Serbia. If Germany’s head coach Julian Nagelsmann does not want that to happen, he may have to start seriously considering the future of Bayern’s latest young talent.
