Alabama football lost an associate strength coach to the National Football League, but he chose to leave a poignant message for Crimson Tide supporters on social media.
Paul Constantine and David Ballou transferred from Indiana University to the University of Alabama early in 2020.
He worked with Nick Saban, guiding the Crimson Tide to an unbeaten College Football Playoff National Championship in 2020 and three Southeastern Conference Championships (2020-21, 2023). Constantine developed a special bond with players and coaches by motivating them and ensuring sportsmen maintained optimum strength and conditioning. He motivated the players on the field, in the locker room, and in the weight room. Constantine now relocates with his family to Atlanta to work as a strength coach for the Falcons.
He is looking forward to a new adventure, but he wanted Alabama supporters to know how much he respected the program via Instagram.
Coach Ballou was retained as the Director of Sports Performance for the Tide.
It will be good to see how Constantine performs at the next level.
