Buffalo Bills’ Super Bowl hopes? ‘Window is open!’ Dion Dawkins discusses Stefon Diggs and Josh Allen.
Even after a turbulent offseason, Buffalo Bills offensive tackle Dion Dawkins believes his club can still compete for a championship.
The Buffalo Bills have not had a good offseason.
First, the Bills faced a significant cap crunch, resulting in the loss of key players like Mitch Morse and Tre’Davious White. Then came free agency, and the Bills saw Gabe Davis and Leonard Floyd join with other clubs. Most recently, the Bills made the difficult decision to sell top receiver Stefon Diggs, incurring a significant dead cap charge this season in exchange for greater flexibility in the future.
With the Bills losing so many key players this offseason, many have begun counting them out and even declaring their contending window to be closed. For offensive tackle Dion Dawkins, though, that couldn’t be further from the truth.
