Injury Report for Golden State Warriors vs. San Antonio Spurs
The Warriors cannot afford to lose this game.
The Golden State Warriors are under constant pressure, as they must overcome the San Antonio Spurs tonight or risk being eliminated from the play-in playoffs.
The Warriors’ injury report lists three players: Jonathan Kuminga, Dario Saric, and Klay Thompson. Jonathan Kuminga is uncertain due to bilateral knee tendonitis, Dario Saric is out with lateral joint line soreness, and Klay Thompson has right knee tendonitis. Klay Thompson just missed the Warriors’ last game against the Charlotte Hornets. Steph Curry and Draymond Green are listed as available.
The San Antonio Spurs have eight players listed on their injury report: Dominick Barlow, Charles Bassey, Jamaree Bouyea, Sidy Cissoko, David Duke Jr., RaiQuan Gray, Keldon Johnson, and Jeremy Sochan.
Dominick Barlow is out with left knee soreness, Charles Bassey with a left ACL tear, Jamaree Bouyea, Sidy Cissoko, David Duke Jr., RaiQuan Grey, Keldon Johnson with a left foot sprain, and Jeremy Sochan with left ankle impingement.
As things stand, the Warriors are only one game ahead of the Houston Rockets for the tenth seed. Houston takes on the Dallas Mavericks tonight, and the two teams meet again on April 4. Golden State must win as many games as possible prior to that clash in order to build a cushion.
The Golden State Warriors and San Antonio Spurs face off at 7:00 p.m. EST tonight.
