According to #StevenTyler, #Aerosmith’s “Crazy” was written as a challenge to the ’90s “moral guardians” who believed women shouldn’t enjoy their freedom.

To capture that rebellion, director Marty Callner enlisted two youth icons of the time: Liv Tyler and Alicia Silverstone. Together, they brought to life an unforgettable videoclip that symbolizes free and uninhibited youth.

The music video for this super classic is part of a trilogy of mini stories alongside “Cryin” and “Amazing” that try to reflect what their director considered “real life,” far from the superficial Hollywood.

However, the release of the video in 1994 was not easy. It was considered “too hot” and faced several obstacles before hitting the screens, but eventually made it to premiere, becoming an audiovisual classic in the rock world.
