The Sky are not having the best season, sitting eighth in the overall power rankings, but Reese has impressed, and one of her key goals is to outperform Caitlin Clark. They are both vying for WNBA Rookie of the Year.
Reese is living her dream, which means she routinely posts glimpses of her life on Instagram. Her most recent photo dump revealed a tattoo that admirers had previously been unable to view.
Reese’s lesser recognised tattoo
The tattoo is behind her ear and looks to be in an Asian language, although it is unclear which one.
Her headband frequently covers it during WNBA games, which is why fans had not zeroed in.
Despite this, she favours Clark for the award, emphasising the challenge for guards to integrate smoothly into the league.
Duncan shared her opinions on The Elle Duncan Show, adding, “I would still give Caitlin the little advantage…” Because, as most WNBA players will tell you, it is more difficult for a guard to immediately translate in the W than it is for a post player. She said, “Because she’s up against that element of it, I’ll probably give the nod to Caitlin Clark for Rookie of the Year, but I think it’s going to be a fantastic race.”
