On Saturday, November 2, the UK-based Chart Company, Official Charts, announced that APT by BLACKPINK’s Rosé and Bruno Mars recently topped the UK’s Official Physical Singles Chart. The Official Charts, on behalf of the British Record Industry, calculates and showcases the biggest singles of the week, including the physical sales made through CDs, vinyl, and other forms.
The calculation is done for a span of one week. From November 1 to November 7, BLACKPINK’s Rosé and Bruno Mars’ APT was ranked at #1. This is the first week that the song has topped the UK’s Official Physical Singles Chart.
