BREAKING: Green Bay Packers Expected to Sign Quarter-Billion Dollar Contract.

The Green Bay Packers demonstrated to the rest of the NFL that they will not enter a “rebuild phase” anytime soon. By the end of the season, Jordan Love and his young offense were performing as well as any other playoff team in the league. The Packers finished 7-3 in their final ten games, including three straight wins to end the regular season and a convincing victory over the Dallas Cowboys in the Wild Card Round.

The Packers are now looking at a contract that might be worth more than $50 million annually.

BREAKING: Green Bay Packers Set to Sign a Quarter-Billion Dollar Contract.

According to Tom Silverstein, the Packers are expected to sign a contract with Jordan Love that will be in excess of $50 million per year.

This spring, Love is expected to be offered a four-year contract worth more than $200 million dollars by the Packers, according to Spotrac’s latest projections.

Spotrac reports the expected new contract will include a $50 million signing bonus, plus nearly $90 million guaranteed at signing, totaling nearly $150 million in almost certain guarantees.

Jordan Love Earned His Next Contract.

Love’s first season as a full-time starter in 2023 saw him complete 64.2% of his passes. According to Pro Football Reference, he passed for 4,159 yards, 32 touchdowns, and 11 interceptions. In addition, Love carried the ball 50 times for 247 yards and four touchdowns.

Green Bay finished 9-8 under Love and won a postseason position as the NFC’s No. 7 seed after winning three straight games to end the regular season. During Super Wildcard Weekend, Love helped the Packers overcome the Dallas Cowboys in a landslide. In the Divisional Round, the team lead the eventual NFC Champion San Francisco 49ers by three points entering the fourth quarter.

The average age of the Packers’ offense was the youngest in the NFL. In November, he will turn 26 and appears poised to lead the Packers to considerable success over the next decade.
