Coco Gauff recently qualified for the WTA finals, which will take place in November. Her mother, Candi Gauff, later celebrated her achievement and congratulated her.

Gauff has enjoyed an impressive 48-15 record this season. The American has also made a strong showing by reaching the semifinals of several tournaments, including the Australian Open, French Open, Italian Open, BNP Paribas Open, and most recently, the Wuhan Open

She has also secured two titles this season, the WTA 250 ASB Classic in Auckland and the China Open. Her strong form earned her a spot in the WTA Finals for the third consecutive year, with her best performance being a semifinal finish last year.

Gauff shares a close relationship with her mother, who accompanied her during the Asian swing and was present for her China Open triumph. In light of her qualifications, her mother, Candi Gauff, congratulated her in an Instagram story. Candi shared the WTA’s official poster featuring her daughter and wrote:
