BREAKING: Sacramento Kings Lose Key Starter to the Milwaukee Bucks Because of…

The last time the Milwaukee Bucks faced the Sacramento Kings, Damian Lillard saved the day with a mind-blowing last-second game-winner in overtime, breaking Sacramento fans’ hearts everywhere.

The Kings will seek vengeance on Tuesday night when they play the Bucks in their final regular season game of the year. Sacramento, on the other hand, will be missing one of their players in this game as second-year swingman Keegan Murray was sidelined due to injury.

Keegan Murray Ruled OUT Vs. Milwaukee Bucks

Murray headed into Tuesday’s game with a questionable tag after he suffered an ankle injury in Sunday’s loss to the Houston Rockets. Kings reporter Matt George of ABC has now revealed that the team has decided to have Keegan sit out against the Bucks:

Keegan Murray is OUT tonight vs the Bucks with a left ankle sprain.

Here’s a video of Rockets veteran Dillon Brooks stepping on Murray’s foot during Sunday’s game. The Kings forward had to leave the game but might return:

Keegan Murray went to the locker room shortly during today’s fourth quarter. Let’s look at what triggered it. Dillon Brooks stepped on his foot, and his ankle rotated.

All this led most folks to believe that Murray was going to be able to suit up against Milwaukee. Unfortunately, this will not be the case.

Murray has played in 46 straight games for the Kings this season. Now in his sophomore year, the former No. 4 overall pick has produced averages of 14.7 points on 46.1 percent shooting, 5.2 rebounds, 1.6 assists, and 1.1 steals, while also knocking down 2.2 triples per game.
