If you watched Carlos Alcaraz’s triumph over tennis superstar Rafael Nadal at The Netflix Slam, be ready for another thrilling serve. Alcaraz, the Docuseries, will air in 2025, taking viewers behind the scenes of the youngest No. 1 player in international tennis history.
Morena Films’ documentary series began filming at the Netflix Slam and will follow Alcaraz on and off the court during his 2024 season, bringing fans closer than ever to one of the sport’s most dynamic competitors.
“People are going to learn everything you don’t see on a tennis court,” Alcaraz told Netflix. “I believe it is something completely different.”
Alcaraz, the Docuseries will join Netflix’s growing collection of sports documentary series, which includes Morena Films’ soccer docuseries La Liga, which will launch in summer 2024, as well as Formula 1: Drive to Survive, Full Swing, Quarterback, and other titles.
