When asked why he chose to stay with other Spanish sportsmen in apartment-style accommodation rather of a hotel, Alcaraz stated that it was for the experience. He does not want to miss out.
Alcaraz, who just won Wimbledon, is one of France’s top international talents this summer. His renown is worldwide. Everyone knows who he is, regardless of the sport or nation.
