The Green Bay Packers selected Jordan Love in the first round of the 2020 NFL Draft. Aaron Rodgers was still under contract for the foreseeable future, so the decision was met with intense scrutiny.
Rodgers would respond to that selection pick by winning consecutive MVP titles in 2020 and 2021. However, both sides decided to part ways after the 2022 season. 2023 was Love’s time to prove Packers fans and the rest of the NFL that it was no mistake taking him so early.
Love finished 2023 with more than 4,000 passing yards, more than 30 passing touchdowns, and 11 interceptions. The Packers fell three points shy of appearing in the NFC Championship game as well. Going into next season, Jordan Love just said something that will makes Packers fans that much more excited.

Jordan Love appeared on a Podcast and had a lot to say about the future of this team. However, one thing he said about 202t4 stuck out:
“The organization believes it’s a perfect time to have a chance to win a Super Bowl this year.”
“Those conversations we had after that 49ers game were man like, work harder, try and find ways to get better — because next year we’re gonna do it.”

“Jordan, for anyone who hasn’t really met him, he’s a guy you want to root for. He’s such a good dude, he’s such a humble guy,” Bakhtiari said in an interview on ESPN Wisconsin’s “Wilde & Tausch” late last week, after the Packers released him at the start of the new league year.
“You just have to tip your hat to him, his wanting to grow, wanting to get better, to keep striving for more. I think it showed throughout his play of being a young quarterback, and it’s something that I really appreciated.
“I think Green Bay’s really going to enjoy their time with Jordan. I wish him nothing but the best, honestly, and I think nothing but the best is going to come to him.”
Under Jordan Love’s leadership, the Packers not only thrived into the playoffs, but the team has bought in. New free agent acquisitions Josh Jacobs and Xavier McKinney both said Love was a reason they wanted to join the team.
Green Bay could be scary good in the very near future.
