Positive comments flooded social media as the Sacramento Kings selected Providence player Devin Carter with the 13th pick in the 2024 NBA Draft.
One of those replies came from Jon Rothstein, CBS Sports’ College Basketball Insider, who termed the decision “tremendous” for Sacramento.
Rothstein appeared on Thursday’s edition of The Carmichael Dave Show with Jason Ross to discuss why he believes Carter, the Big East Player of the Year, is ready for the NBA stage.
Plus, Rothstein compared the newest member of the Kings to a franchise great with whom he will soon be familiar upon his arrival in Sacramento.
