Daniel Suarez has revealed details about his conversation with Kyle Larson following the duo’s collision at Iowa Speedway. When attempting to overtake through the little gap on the turn, the Hendrick Motorsports driver crashed out of contention.

“He (Kyle Larson) took some blame in the situation. I take some blame as well, I’m the one that made contact with him. But he also squeezed himself in the tight situation there in the second half of the corner,” the #99 driver said via Dustin Long on X (0.05).
“The #6 car [Brad Keselowski’s] had some gap to the wall, the #5 car had some gap to the #6, so I was expecting those two cars to go a little bit higher and they didn’t obviously,” Suarez added.
