On Friday morning, the Jacksonville Jaguars agreed to a contract extension with a crucial linebacker. This offseason, the Jaguars needed to make deals with a couple defensive players.

osh Allen, the Jaguars’ star pass rusher and linebacker, has received a lot of attention this offseason for his deal. Allen received the franchise tag following a phenomenal 2023 season in which he recorded 17.5 sacks. They have not yet reached a long-term agreement.

Foye Oluokon earned an extension.

The Jaguars reached a deal to keep one of Allen’s better helpers on the defense for years to come. According to Adam Schefter with ESPN, the Jaguars are signing linebacker Foye Oluokun to a three-year extension.

The extension is a four-year deal with a max value of up to $48 million. $22.5 million of his contract is guaranteed at signing.
