Sad News From Chicago Head Coach Today….

Welcome to the 2024 offseason; the offseason where Ryan Poles and the Chicago Bears own all of the power.

The Bears not only own the no. 1 overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft, but also have the league’s third-highest amount of cap space.

Chicago also has a hot trade commodity in quarterback Justin Fields, so go ahead and buckle up. It’s going to be a heck of a ride.

As for the draft itself, where do the Bears pick? Let’s check in on each one of their selections at the moment.

The extra first-round pick comes by way of Carolina, who would have otherwise had the first overall selection.

Chicago traded its second rounder for pass rusher Montez Sweat this past season.

The Bears traded their sixth-round pick to Miami for offensive lineman Dan Feeney in 2023 and their seventh-round pick to New England for wide receiver N’Keal Harry in 2022.

The Bears might only have six picks, at the moment, but you better believe Ryan Poles is going to do some maneuvering. He will undoubtedly end up with more than six picks, especially considering the likelihood of a Justin Fields trade

If we can base the Bears’ near future on the last 10 years of history, odds say that they will end up picking a quarterback. And that quarterback will most likely end up being Caleb Williams out of USC.
