Sunderland make moves following a decision on quadruple player contracts.

Sunderland have decided to offer professional contracts to junior players Dan Cameron, Tom Lavery, Luke Bell, and Jenson Jones, according to the Sunderland Echo.

Sunderland has one of the country’s most prolific youth academies. There has been a regular flow of young players who have gone on to make senior breakthroughs on Wearside, but many more have moved on to pursue their skills elsewhere.

However, it seems the club are set to tie down four of their current hopefuls to new contracts.

The Sunderland Echo reports that the Black Cats have offered professional deals to academy quartet Dan Cameron, Tom Lavery, Luke Bell and Jenson Jones. All four players are expected to sign the contracts barring any late hitches, though it is said that transfer interest scuppering plans is thought to be unlikely.

All four players have tasted action with the U21s after playing regularly for the U18s. Goalkeeper Cameron also spent time in the first-team setup last summer.
