The Tennessee Titans have announced good news for Malik Nabers.

LSU receiver Malik Nabers may be an unreachable star for the Tennessee Titans.

LSU wide receiver Malik Nabers is one of the NFL Draft’s prize jewels — or a “dawg,” as he calls himself — and is so highly rated that he is expected to be gone when the Tennessee Titans choose seventh overall.

Tennessee Titans coach Brian Callahan and general manager Ran Carthon have made it obvious that the team needs more dynamic playmakers.

According to all reports, Nabers is one of those men. “When that ball is in the air, it is mine,” Nabers stated Friday at the NFL Scouting Combine.

“When I have the ball in my hands, I can do incredible things with it. Create space for different DBs and be able to make devastating downfield plays. Take an 8-yard route and make it a touchdown.

The top three wide receiver draft prospects are Nabers, Ohio State’s Marvin Harrison Jr., and Washington’s Rome Oduzne. Pro Football Focus (PFF) ranks them second (Harrison), fourth (Nabers), and eighth (Odunze) in all positions.

In 2023, Nabers was PFF’s top-ranked receiver in the country. He totaled 89 receptions for 1,569 yards and 14 touchdowns.

He was selected a unanimous All-American and became LSU’s career leader in catches and receiving yards, surpassing NFL talents Justin Jefferson and Ja’Marr Chase.

It helps when your quarterback is Jayden Daniels, who won the Heisman Trophy. Nonetheless, Daniels had high regard for his standout receiver.
